Overview

One2Note is a productivity application available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, helping users capture notes, manage tasks, and stay organized — competing in one of the most saturated app categories in the market.

When the client came to us, the app had only 10 downloads, no online presence, and no marketing strategy. Our challenge was to build the entire marketing ecosystem from the ground up and achieve meaningful growth within 4 months.

Starting from only 10 downloads with zero brand presence, we faced the challenge of building a complete marketing ecosystem from scratch — including App Store Optimization, paid advertising, social media presence, content creation, and a professional website — all within a 4-month timeframe.

The productivity app space is highly competitive. We needed to identify the app’s unique value proposition, optimize for visibility across app stores, and drive cost-effective user acquisition across multiple channels simultaneously.
