Afuri Aesthetics
How Afuri Built a Luxury Website, CRM & Automated Client Journey
A premium digital ecosystem connecting aesthetic services, memberships, lead capture, customer communication, marketing tracking, and social brand consistency.
Afuri Aesthetics & Wellness
Afuri Aesthetics & Wellness is a luxury aesthetics and wellness brand offering facials, laser services, injectables, IV therapy, memberships, and personalized treatment experiences in Sunrise, Florida.
The project required more than a visually attractive website. Afuri needed a connected client journey that could explain services clearly, encourage bookings, promote memberships, capture leads, support follow-up, and keep the website and social presence aligned under one premium identity.
A Connected System, Not Just a Website
The project combined a conversion-focused website with CRM workflows, marketing tracking, lead notifications, email sequences, and social media alignment.

Service Pages Designed Around Client Decisions
Each page was structured for a different stage of the client journey: discovering the brand, comparing facial treatments, or selecting an IV therapy experience.

The homepage presents the full brand story through treatment categories, membership promotion, care standards, client testimonials, educational content, newsletter capture, and consultation calls to action.

Signature, clarifying, and hydrating facials are organized by purpose, duration, pricing, key benefits, ideal client, enhancements, membership value, and frequently asked questions.

The IV therapy experience translates technical wellness services into clear packages with benefits, ingredients, add-ons, pricing, memberships, comparison tools, and booking actions.
Turning a Premium Service Menu into a Clear Digital Journey
Aesthetic and wellness clients often compare several treatments before making contact. The website and CRM needed to reduce uncertainty while preserving Afuri’s calm, high-end brand personality.
Complex Service Offering
Facials, injectables, laser, wellness, IV therapy, memberships, add-ons, and specials all needed a simple information structure.
Trust Before Booking
Clients need confidence in treatment purpose, expected experience, pricing, care standards, and provider professionalism.
Manual Follow-Up Risk
Form submissions and founding-member enquiries required immediate internal visibility and a repeatable follow-up process.
Disconnected Marketing
Website actions, Meta campaigns, email communication, opportunity stages, and Instagram content needed to support the same journey.
A Client Journey Built from Discovery to Retention
The strategy connected brand presentation, service education, booking intent, lead capture, CRM organization, and ongoing communication.
Establish the Luxury Brand Experience
Editorial typography, warm neutral imagery, generous spacing, subtle gold accents, and calm messaging were used to create a premium but approachable online presence.
Organize Services Around Client Needs
Pages were structured by treatment goals, benefits, ideal client, duration, pricing, enhancements, and FAQs instead of presenting a basic list of services.
Make Membership Value Visible
The Facial Club was positioned throughout the experience as a recurring-care option with monthly treatment value, member savings, priority booking, and exclusive benefits.
Connect Lead Capture to CRM Actions
Form submissions trigger internal notifications and preserve contact information so the team can respond with clear context.
Automate Nurture and Opportunity Updates
Email sequences, waits, conditions, go-to actions, and result-based opportunity updates support ongoing engagement and cleaner pipeline management.
One Visual Identity Across Website and Social Media
The website and Instagram were treated as connected touchpoints. Both use treatment education, service demonstrations, client outcomes, wellness messaging, founder content, and consistent visual branding.

From Social Discovery to Website Action
Instagram introduces the brand through short-form education, results, team visibility, and treatment content. The website then gives visitors the detailed information needed to compare services and take the next step.
- Consistent logo, neutral palette, and premium visual tone
- Educational posts connected to service categories
- Before-and-after content supported by detailed website pages
- Membership and promotional messaging across channels
- Clear paths toward booking, consultation, and contact
CRM, Tracking & Automation Behind the Experience
The visible website was supported by GoHighLevel funnel settings and workflows that help the team capture, notify, nurture, and organize leads.

Funnel-wide tracking was configured for Meta Pixel measurement, with live payment settings, credit-card requirements, image optimization, and JavaScript optimization controls visible in the setup.
Monthly Sequence Workflow
A multi-step email sequence combines waits, conditional branches, follow-up actions, and goal-based paths so contacts can receive ongoing communication without requiring each message to be sent manually.

Email Warm-Up Loop
The warm-up workflow uses drip mode, email, wait, and go-to actions to create a repeatable sending cycle and support a controlled communication setup.
New Lead Notification
When a form is submitted, an automated internal email shares the lead’s name, email, phone number, and submission context with the Afuri team for timely follow-up.

Conditional branches update opportunities according to call or appointment outcomes such as becoming a customer, existing customer, no-show, removal, bad fit, or other result. Related actions update appointment status, contact status, notes, and follow-up routing.
Private Data Protected
The public case study shows workflow structure and business logic without exposing passwords, authentication credentials, customer records, or other sensitive operational details.
From Brand Direction to an Automated Growth Foundation
The work was organized into focused stages so the public experience and internal operations developed together.
Offer, Audience & Journey Mapping
Services, memberships, client questions, booking goals, visual references, and core conversion paths were organized before page development.
Luxury Page Design & Content Structure
The homepage and service experiences were built around premium presentation, treatment clarity, mobile responsiveness, and clear calls to action.
Lead Capture & Opportunity Logic
Forms, notifications, contact details, opportunity outcomes, notes, appointment statuses, and team routing were connected.
Tracking, Email & Social Alignment
Meta Pixel tracking, email sequences, warm-up flows, and social content direction completed the connected marketing foundation.
From Separate Touchpoints to One Client Experience
The strongest improvement was not a single page or workflow. It was the connection between every stage of the client journey.
| Area | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Presentation | Services shown as separate offers | One premium visual and messaging system |
| Service Discovery | Clients need additional explanation | Benefits, pricing, ideal client, and FAQs organized on-page |
| Membership Promotion | Membership shown as a standalone offer | Recurring value reinforced across the journey |
| Lead Notification | Manual checking of form activity | Automated internal lead alerts with contact context |
| Email Communication | Individual manual follow-ups | Structured sequences, waits, conditions, and routing |
| Pipeline Management | Outcomes tracked inconsistently | Conditional opportunity and appointment updates |
| Marketing Measurement | Limited campaign visibility | Meta Pixel and funnel tracking foundation |
A Stronger Foundation for Client Acquisition and Retention
The completed system supports Afuri across presentation, education, lead handling, marketing, and ongoing client communication.
The project transformed Afuri’s online presence into a connected client journey—where premium design creates trust, detailed service pages support confident decisions, and automation helps the team respond and follow up consistently.

Education improves service selection
Benefits, ideal clients, pricing, add-ons, and FAQs help visitors understand which treatment best matches their goals.
Consistency creates trust
The same visual language, educational tone, and service positioning should continue from Instagram to the website and booking process.
Automation supports better follow-up
Structured workflows give the team faster visibility, cleaner records, and more consistent communication without removing the human relationship.
